I’m a physiotherapist, business owner and mentoring coach.

I know exactly what it’s like to sell your health soul to the work devil.

At 26 I bought my first business, and I loved it. But after years of smashing out 70 hour weeks, 6 days a week for 12 hours a day did make me question what I was doing with my life. I had thrown my health and relationships to the side and just kept grinding through the days until it got to a point where I had to stop, sell up and rethink some serious shit in my life.

I love working, and I love working hard. But I had to design my life in a way I could get healthy, lose weight, claim back my social life, decrease my anxiety, sleep better and hit my career goals by being more productive.

I created this for people like you and me. We are driven to succeed at work but our health is the first thing to get shoved to the side when we don’t have the perfect workday which, let’s be honest is 99% of the time.
